Mr Deguara performed a bilateral hernia repair for me on 6th Jan 2014. Despite an administrative process which could have been a case study in "how not to" he demonstrated superb listening skills and understanding of my specific needs. He rapidly sorted the delays etc. and performed a complicated bilateral laparoscopic TEP procedure, avoiding the need to open me up. His attitude inspires confidence and my speedy and painless recovery so far is a testament to his technical skills. As an ex-hospital manager, I can say with confidence that in my experience, he is one of the best.

My daughter Hana was diagnosed with the gall bladder stones and a pancreatic inflammatory, she is only 14 years old, very rare for someone at this age to have gall bladder stones, after all the investigation done in Kingston hospital, Dr Deguara successfully removed the gall bladder, we were informed before the operation about the procedure, and I can only say that we were very happy with all the team, who looked after our daughter.

Dr Deguara explains in detail everything that a patient needs to know about their condition/illness, diagnosis and treatment. He makes time for his patients and has a wonderful manner that puts you at ease which is important when you are feeling unwell and apprehensive. I have every confidence in Dr Deguara, he is a highly knowledgeable and very caring doctor without any arrogance. Dr Deguara's team are also wonderful and I feel that I have been treated exceptionally well throughout my stay in hospital and also with the after care as an outpatient. He is an amazing doctor!
